We are looking for someone who has had at least Two Years experience managing a large team as a Senior Head Chef. You will have worked in a fast paced environment and have a passion for a Pure Ingredient Led menu.

Requirements:

• A keen eye for Beautiful Presentation


• Efficient Team Management


• Maintain High Standards of Daily Food Preparation


• Follow the ethos of Low Food Waste and Budgeting


• Experience with executing all necessary Health and Safety Administration

Desired:

• Knowledge of Trevalis Stock Management


• Experience of Cal-Mex or similar cuisine
