Are you an experienced Sous Chef looking to take the step up in your first Head Chef Position? If so, then this could well be the next move for you. We are recruiting for a Gastro Pub based in the stunning location of Chew Magna. The food offering is at this moment, very well executed 'Pub Grub', however the Client would like an aspiring Head Chef who could potentially balance the menu with some more exciting dishes. As Head Chef you would have full autonomy over the menu.

About you 

• Proven track record as an experienced Sous Chef 


• Great communication skills 


• Ability to travel to or relocate to the area 


• A great knowledge and understanding of produce 


• A driven and self motivated natural leader
