Overview…

We are seeking a Head Chef for a well-established Hotel based in Bristol. This Bristol Hotel is in a great location providing easy access and acting as central hub for those visiting nearby attractions, as well as hosting their own weddings, meetings and events.

As our Head Chef, you will play a key role in leading your team of 10 chefs in this hotel's bustling kitchen. Your expertise as a Head Chef will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to spec menu guidelines. Your exceptional communication and leadership skills will foster a collaborative and thriving work atmosphere, where the culinary team is not only motivated but also empowered to excel.

The right candidate will have experience as a Head Chef in a busy Hotel / restaurant environment, you should also be confident of working with weddings/events and a passion for training and developing the team members.
