Overview…

We are seeking a Head Chef for a Staff Eatery in the Bristol area of Avonmouth. This vacancy offers a balanced lifestyle with working hours of 7am-3pm / 8am–4pm, Monday – Friday.

As the Head Chef you will be responsible for planning, preparing, cooking and presenting food as well as overseeing the day to day operations to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have experience as a Head Chef, have a real passion for food and a background of leading, motivating and managing a team.

Our client would consider a strong Head Chef from a Pub, Restaurant or Hotel background looking to switch sectors and make the most of this opportunity to work with great fresh ingredients.
