About this role…

A new and beautiful pub in the Cheltenham is in search of a Head Chef who is energetic and well-organized. As a Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team to create fresh and fabulous dishes as well as pub classics and Sunday roasts, ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with seasonal, local, and regional ingredients, and the company recognizes the value of serving excellent food in the Cheltenham.

As the Head Chef, you will lead your team with expertise during service while taking complete control of the kitchen. All Chefs are encouraged to incorporate new cooking techniques while maintaining traditional pub classics that our customers love in Cheltenham.

To be successful in this role, you must have exceptional cooking skills and a commercial mindset. In addition, you must be a great communicator and remain calm under pressure.
