We are looking for a Head Chef for our client near to Swindon. This role would suit a chef looking to make an impression and stamp their identity on the restaurant. The business is full of ambition & investment, making them stand out from the competition, being known for creative and ambitious food. The right Head Chef must be driven, passionate & hungry to succeed.

This establishment would like to gain rosette standard food in the short term and look to build with further accolades in the future.

+ Be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of communication & maintain good relationships with other team leaders

+ Creative with menu design and brave with execution or exceptional food quality and presentation

+ Push boundaries to deliver the very best food quality

+ Passionate in training and developing the kitchen brigade

+ Challenge the status quo with suppliers to make sure the very best produce is sourced

+ Exemplary food hygiene & kitchen safety standards

+ Be efficient on producing staff rota’s

+ Maintain the companies target GP%
