Head Chef – Fresh Seasonal Food Gastro Pub – Nr Swindon – Live in Option – £45k

We are looking for a Head Chef for our client near to Swindon. This role would suit a chef looking to make an impression and stamp their identity on the restaurant. The business is full of ambition & investment, making them stand out from the competition, being known for creative and ambitious food. The right Head Chef must be driven, passionate & hungry to succeed.

This establishment would like to gain rosette standard food in the short term and look to build with further accolades in the future.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills & capabilities :-

+ Be able to demonstrare exeptional levels of communication & maintain good relationships with other team leaders

+ Creative with menu design and brave with execution or exeptional food quality and presentation

+ Push boundaries to deliver the very best food quality

+ Passionate in training and developing the kitchen brigade

+ Challenge the status quo with suppliers to make sure the very best produce is sourced

+ Exemplary food hygiene & kitchen safety standards

+ Be efficient on producing staff rota’s

+ Maintain the companies target GP%
