Head Chef - Evesham

Job Description

CSI Cheltenham are currently seeking a Lead Chef for a fresh opening on the outskirts of Cheltenham.

Scheduled to open Week Commencing 12th April, this new venture will be offering quality Burgers, Loaded Fries, Chicken etc, initially via outside covers, and takeaway, due to COVID reopening plans.

The Client hopes initially to cater for 50 - 70 covers daily, and as lockdown lifts further, these numbers should hopefully rise.

You would be responsible for delivery of the dishes to a high standard, while overseeing cleanliness, ordering and HACCPS.

 

The salary is based on approx 50 hours per week, over 5/6 days out of 7 *Days are negotiable.

 

The successful Candidate;

Will be a competent Chef with + 4 years experience

Be familiar with ordering, HACCPS etc

Have experience of ordering

Have their own transport due to location

Have experience in a similar establishment

 

This is an exciting opportunity for the right Candidate, and the salary is reflected in this £33,800 per annum based on 50 hours per week.

Initially this may be a Temp to Perm role, so depending on the decision of the Client, we may require you to register with us for payroll purposes at first. This will be advised.
