Gardener - Bourton-on-the-Water

Job Description

Privately owned estate near Bourton on the Water, currently looking for an experienced Gardener.

• Free parking


• Flexible language requirements (English not required)


• Monday to Friday (no weekends)


• 20 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays


• Yearly bonus


• Necessary machinery and equipment will be provided


• 40 hours per week

Gardener duties:

• Caring for and overseeing an historic English country garden.


• Working as a part of a small team led by the senior gardener.


• Operation, maintenance and overall upkeep of the gardens.


• Daily care of outdoor swimming pool and hot tub

Measures of success:

- Evidence of up-to-date qualifications/tickets and experience in utilising garden machinery

- 2 years of gardening experience preferred

- Driving Licence (required)

- Enhanced DBS check (required) - Organise this through us!

- The willingness to undertake any training necessary for the role
