Are you an experienced Food & Beverage Manager looking for your next opportunity? Our Client is looking for someone with a real passion for food and the drive to succeed in this role, while assisting the General Manager with the overall strategy moving forward.

A focus on customer experience and knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry is important as are strong leadership skills and exceptional communication skills

  • Have run a Food & Beverage Department previously

  • Have strong awareness of current food safety legislation.

  • Ideally have a Personal Licence (desirable)

  • Have Level 2 Food Safety (essential)

  • Previous Health & Safety Experience (desirable)

We're looking for a really great Food & Beverage Manager to contribute to the overall management and development of the Country House through effective management of the Food & Beverage Department, events and all associated staff.

 You will have experience of working within a hotel/Food & Beverage establishment in a similar role, running a Food & Beverage department and managing a team under the current food safety legislation.

 Level 2 Food Safety is essential and a willingness to complete Level 3 within your role. A personal licence is desirable, as is Health and safety experience.
