Job Description

Are you an experienced F & B Manager, currently in between roles at the moment, and looking for an opportunity to fill the gap?

Interim Food & Beverage Manager is required for a short term contract to start the end of June for approximately one month, it could be longer, until our Client recruits on a permanent basis.

To oversee the running of day-to-day operations and services across all aspects of our Food and Beverage (F&B) ensuring an optimal level of benchmark service to both individual visitors and group bookings as well as private private events. You will be expected to manage the overall operation with the available resources within budget and to achieve sales and GP targets working closely alongside different departments to meet their requirements. You will actively seek and identify opportunity and innovation for business growth and development, with a focus on latest food trends and best practices within our sector.

Main areas of Responsibility ;-

1. MANAGEMENT - Lead F&B team to provide an effective, professional and coordinated service.

2. FINANCE – deliver pre-agreed budgets or report variances in a timely way. Closely control costs and continuously look at ways to sustainably grow profitability.

3. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT - actively seek opportunities for F&B.

4. CREATIVE PLANNING- lead with creative ideas to ensure that the outlets are compelling and current. Develop products for the outlets that inspire customers to buy.

5. STAFF – motivate to create an efficient, flexible and happy working environment, rewarding where appropriate, thus fostering commitment, enthusiasm and confidence.

6. MARKETING– work closely with the PR, Marketing and Events teams to promote the F&B offer.

7. COMPLIANCE – Ensure all health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived, working closely with both internal and external support services.
