About the site
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Food and Beverage manager to oversee the launch of an exciting new development within the heart of a Wiltshire village. This role would include overseeing the bar, which is already held close to the communities heart as well as working with the team to launch their new commercial kitchen, managing the restaurant and events.
As well as being an exciting new venture this position also benefits from an inclusive 3 bedroom apartment with all gas and electric included.
Ideal Candidate
- 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- A clear zest for customer service and building relationship with the community
- Financial management skills including Budgeting/forecast/P&L
- Ability to support the team in both the kitchen and bar when required during busy periods
- Compliance of H&S, food preparation and regulations
