The Role
As Executive Head Chef you will work closely with the operations manager to write your own A la carte menus for the daily lunches as well as bespoke menus for the smaller private functions. Set menus are in place for large functions; however these menus are also subject to change.
There are already current relationships in place with suppliers however, as Executive Head Chef there is opportunity to integrate your own preferred suppliers if required.
The position of Executive Head Chef at this highly recommended venue requires a candidate who is presentable and personable as they will often be face to face with its members.
With superb working hours that are mainly daytime shifts , with evenings and weekends as required for functions, the perfect Executive Head Chef candidate would need to be flexible.
This role is the perfect opportunity for a Head Chef to take control in a small kitchen and use their creativity to increase the already high reputation of the menus at this venue.

- Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen.
- Experience working in a similar role in fine dining and functions.
- Excellent working references / recommendations from previous employers.
