The Company

Our client operates one of the finest Manor House Hotels in the UK. A luxury hotel set in the beautiful Southwest countryside; this hotel is steeped in history yet still offers lavish facilities and contemporary design. The hotel also boasts an exquisite multiple Rosette restaurant, which uses the very best local, seasonal produce.

The Role

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join an Exclusive boutique hotel.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen including the A la Carte menus, banqueting, events, weddings, buffet, breakfast and of course, the talented team. The ideal candidate will already be a Head Chef within a fine dining establishment working to at least a 3 AA Rosette standard.

The Executive Chef needs to have a passion for creating fascinating dishes with out of this world presentation for each of the Hotels operations. As Executive Chef, you will have superb knowledge of Kitchen Management and paperwork duties such as menu writing and costing, health and safety, ordering, training and development and other key duties.

-A strong individual with a wealth of restaurant and hotel knowledge.

-Commercial awareness is a must.

-Solid background using fresh, quality ingredients.

-Able to lead a successful team.

-Financial awareness.

-At least 2-3 years leading a 3AA Rosette kitchen team.
