Assistant General Manager - £35-40k – FULL TIME

Our award wining & distinguished 2AA Rosette gastro pub steeped in history, is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our exceptional kitchen team. We’re looking for an inspirational manager to lead and train the team and have a passion for high quality service and delivering inspiring dishes to achieve an excellent standard of fresh, vibrant & exciting food.

The team & training is at the heart of everything we do. We place huge value on motivation and dedication though, most of all, you must be reliable and trustworthy; we are a small and growing independent business and our success is driven by our team.

We have a full time shift available with excellent, market-leading wages alongside service charges and a whole host of other benefits and welfare.

We’re looking for an Deputy General Manager role, to sit above Assistant Manager and just slightly under Pub General Manager. You will be trained and supported with excellent flexibility, the chance to work alongside and learn from an experienced and knowledgeable team and the perfect opportunity for personal growth & development.

Deputy Manager requirements:

• Knowledge of a high volume restaurant and/or bar.


• Experience or aspiration to become a Deputy General Manager.


• Good organisational skills and good financial acumen.


• B&B/Inn knowledge + events/weddings is a plus but not a requirement.
