This Group is a family of hotels, inns and restaurants, raised and rooted in The Cotswolds, England. It currently consists of seven properties; each one with its own distinct character and personality, but all sharing their genuine passion for great design, high quality food & drink and exceptional service. The successful applicant will oversee the day to day running of our bar, restaurants and boutique rooms to push sales growth and profitability and deliver the highest standards of food quality and service excellence throughout the establishment.

With previous experience working as a senior manager and with a strong knowledge of the business of bars, restaurants and hotels you will be forward thinking, business minded and proactive, with a positive outlook and a sense of fun and professionalism in equal measure.

The salary on offer is Competitive, up to £45K + Service charge + company benefits (eg 50% discount)
