DEMI CDP - £27k – FULL TIME
Our award wining & distinguished 2AA Rosette gastro pub steeped in history, is seeking an experienced Demi Chef de Partie to join our exceptional kitchen team. The Demi CDP will have a passion for high quality seasonal produce and delivering inspiring dishes to achieve an excellent standard of fresh, vibrant & exciting food.
We are focused on seasonal and local food and have a relentless enthusiasm to produce flavour driven dishes from their Great British larder. With a farm to fork approach to menu planning, we start with the farmer/grower and simply marry them together with seasonal ingredients that sing quality and provenance.
We place huge value on motivation and dedication though, most of all, you must be reliable and trustworthy; we are a small and growing independent business and our success is driven by our team.
