We’re looking for a passionate and reliable Chef Supervisor to join this friendly kitchen team based in Gloucester. Working Tuesday to Saturday, this is a great opportunity to enjoy a consistent schedule while doing what you love – creating quality, fresh food for schools and events, while believing in the power of great food and great people. - 28 Days Holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays
- Bank Holidays Off.
- Fixed schedule – Tuesday to Saturday (Sundays and Mondays off!)

The role is based at the unit and you would require an Enhanced DBS check as you would be visiting schools occasionally. This DBS will be funded by the Company.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
- Support daily kitchen operations in the production and school catering services
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety practices
- Assist with hospitality and event catering
- Support the School team when required
- Work closely with a supportive team in a fast-paced kitchen
- Lead & inspire in order to supervise and motivate a dynamic team
- Collaborate & work closely with the Sales and Events Manager
- Deliver excellence and uphold the highest standards in food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Engage: Build strong relationships with our school clients through regular communication
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Relevant experience with previous culinary or supervisory experience is a plus.
- Initiative indicating proactivity in problem-solving and decision-making.
- People skills and an excellent communicator who thrives in team settings
- Passion and a genuine enthusiasm for food and customer service
- A genuine passion for food and quality
- Good team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable, organised, and able to work under pressure
- Flexibility to support occasional events
