Job Description
Modern, well equipped activity centre providing a high standard of accommodation combined with exciting and exhilarating outdoor education for both children and adults, providing excellent opportunities for many schools, youth groups and Church groups that use the centre.
A Chef Manager with similar previous experience is required to run the kitchen operation. Hours are variable on a rota basis and an excellent salary package is on offer. Position may be subject to CRB clearance and own transport (or ability to reach remote location without publoic transport) is required.
