Our client operates a unique, intimate and individual boutique hotel based in the historic city of Bath. Known for their food and quality of service, our client uses the best of what the seasons have to offer all year round. This Georgian property attracts an array of clientele and is continuing to improve and develop their product. This is a stunning restaurant, which allows their customers a relaxed and calming environment in which to enjoy the mouth-watering food and beverage selection.
The role
We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Rang to join this ambitious and friendly team. The ideal Chef de Rang will have a friendly and approachable personality and be able to interact with all guests. The perfect Chef de Rang will have the ability to attend to the guest’s needs and requests in a professional and swift manner. The successful Chef de Rang will have the ability to comfortably control a section of the restaurant along with having the confidence to discuss the food and beverage offering.
Candidates for the role of Chef de Rang are required ideally to have previous experience in a Rosette or Michelin awarded establishment along with a knowledge of seasonality. This is a great opportunity for a professional Chef de Rang to work in this intimate environment and be the face of the stunning and flavoursome food.
