Pastry Chef  / Chef de Partie Role:

Former Cotswold Coaching Inn, offering 20+ guest rooms plus garden suites, operating a welcoming bar and popular brasserie. Hiring Pastry Chef and Chefs de Partie to join their talented kitchen brigade,  overseeing your own section and is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality fresh dishes.

 

 

 

Pastry Chef  / Chef de Partie Requirements:

• A chef who will take pride in preparing fresh food made from seasonal, local ingredients.


• A chef to support and work alongside others, as well as managing own section


•  Interest in learning new cooking techniques and putting ideas into dishes.


•  An excellent team player with a positive attitude.
