We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join an exciting Events led team at a stunning 19th century Country House.

As a Chef De Partie will have a genuine passion for great food, a positive and proactive attitude, diligence and an organised approach to work. The role is 5 days out of 7, over a 40 hour week days. In addition, we are looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience working in a role at a similar level, ideally in a hotel/events environment.


• An ability to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room colleagues and guests.


• A good understanding of COSHH and HACCP.
