Utilising fresh produce from their very own kitchen garden, locally reared meats and sourcing the freshest fish, the ideal candidate must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience.

 

Pastry Chef requirements:

• Previous proven experience in a la carte and fresh food restaurant offering


• Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
