Chef de Partie required for a restored Cotswold Hotel located in a wonderful Quintessential Village. Due to the location, the ability to travel is essential for this role.
Utilising fresh produce from their very own kitchen garden, locally reared meats and sourcing the freshest fish, the ideal candidate must be able to achieve quality menus and create an outstanding customer experience.
Sponsorship is an option and candidate must be able to provide references from previous employment to be considered for this role.
