Job Description

DEMI CDP - £27k – FULL TIME

Our well renowned sites are part of an independent, West Country based hospitality group consisting of multiple restaurant and gastro pub establishments. We pride ourselves on putting our customers experience first and ensuring that hospitality is at the forefront of all that we do.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Demi Chef de Partie to join our brilliant team. Our critically acclaimed kitchen offers Modern British Fine Dining with a nod to nostalgia and a focus on local and seasonal ingredients. As we are a small team, this position offers a great opportunity to work closely with our Head Chef and progress in a growing business.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar environment and be seeking to make the next step and climb within their career. This Demi CDP role also requires an individual with the below qualities:

• Knowledge and previous experience in running a section on a day-to-day basis.


• Comfortable in working closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef, dealing with great produce from local suppliers.


• Willingness to take their next step in their Chef career.
