Breakfast Chef - Worcestershire

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join this fantastic team at this Hotel on a beautiful Cotswolds Estate.

An excellent range of benefits on offer include;

• A predicted salary is £32,448 plus share of service charge £3-£3.5K


• 30 days holiday per year (rising to 35 after 5 years)


• 48 hour per week contract, working 5 days out of 7


• Meals on duty and uniform.


• Live-in accommodation might be available for this role, which is at an extra cost (£256pm including bills) and 5 minutes’ walk from the Hotel.

You'll have the opportunity to cook at 3AA Rosette level and be mentored and supported by some of the best Chefs in the business. The Client offers a hard working and organised kitchen, handling unique, high end ingredients, working with unusual and expert techniques.

You:

• Will be able to offer longevity, with a career pathway in mind.


• Have already worked at this level 2-3 Rosette previously.


• Will be passionate about working with fresh ingrediants.


• Must be able to work as part of a Team, as well as independantly.


• Are going to be able to demonstrate a flair for creating & plating.

The successful Candidate will also be a motivated professional individual who can work well under pressure within a large team. You will also need to demonstrate excellent customer service, commitment and enthusiasm.
