Barista job role

We are hiring a Permanent Barista to join our passionate team in the heart of Bristol. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crafting exceptional coffee, we want to hear from you.

Barista duties include crafting exceptional beverages including espresso, filter coffee, and custom orders; Dial in espresso daily to maintain strict quality and recipe standards; Provide warm, welcoming customer service to our local Bristol community; Maintain high hygiene standards across the bar, seating area, and equipment.

Barista Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista, preferably in speciality coffee.


• Strong time-management skills with the ability to stay calm under peak morning rush hours.


• Basic milk steaming skills and an interest in developing latte art.


• Reliable team player with flexible availability, including weekend shifts.
