ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER – £35,000 + £5,000+ TIPS

•  Cotswolds / Gloucestershire


•  £35,000 per annum + approx. £5,000 tips


•  40 hours per week | Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join a highly regarded independent pub in the Cotswolds, known for its exceptional food, warm hospitality and high standards.

The venue has developed an excellent reputation for its food and hospitality and is widely recognised for its consistently high standards and strong local following.

We are now looking for someone who can bring the same passion and attention to detail to the front of house.

The Role

Working closely with the management team, you will help lead the day-to-day restaurant operation and ensure every guest receives genuinely warm, professional and knowledgeable service.

You will:

• Lead and support the front-of-house team during service


• Help maintain consistently high standards of hospitality


• Train, motivate and develop team members


• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth, professional service


• Take responsibility for the restaurant in the manager's absence


• Build relationships with regular guests and create a welcoming atmosphere


• Support rotas, opening and closing procedures and general restaurant operations

About You

We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about hospitality.

You may already be an Assistant Restaurant Manager, or an experienced Restaurant Supervisor ready to take the next step.

You will be confident, personable and hands-on, with a good understanding of quality food and service and the ability to lead a team while still being very much part of it.

Own transport is essential due to the location.
