Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager – Award Winning Hotel

Salary: Around £35,000 (£32,760 basic, plus gratuities)

This friendly team require an experienced Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, to help lead and support their mission, of providing superb hospitality at every moment to their guests.

Working within the busy restaurant and bar, the ideal candidate has managed within great, quality food and drink settings, is confident in managing a team, and able to bring bundles of energy and enthusiasm to the role. With a strong passion for hospitality, food, and drink, you will also have impeccable personal presentation and high service standards.

As the Assistant Restaurant & Bar Manager, you will also be responsible for helping manage the team overseeing breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, ensuring the guests enjoy every meal, putting a smile on your face and motivating you on a daily basis.You will work closely with the relevant Managers to achieve these goals.

 

Requirements are;


  • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate staff. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and customers. 

  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. 

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or assistant management role.

  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 

  • The ability to handle and resolve customer issues and operational challenges. 

  • Be able to work effectively as part of a management team. 

Due to this rural location, you will require your own transport.
