This role is for an award-winning boutique hotel based near Pershore.
Set on a working farm, this family run Hotel in the Cotswolds, is an enticing blend of mediaeval architecture and utterly up-to-the-minute fittings. Just across a courtyard from the acclaimed cookery school and surrounded by rolling fields, it is ideally situated for guests to make the most of the region’s natural larder.
They are looking for a self motivated, well presented, outgoing individual to join their small friendly team on a full-time basis.
You will be working in their 36 cover restaurant and bar, which offers high quality food and beverages in a stylish, contemporary environment. This beautiful hotel is situated in a great location on the outskirts of a village, but is quite remote, so your own transport is essential.
The Successful Candidate:
Will have previous experience in similar positions, however full training will be provided.
Possess an exceptional customer service attitude, and delivery.
Have excellent upselling skills
Be of a personable nature, with a professional attitude.
Smart in appearance.
You will be reporting to the Restaurant Manager.
Your duties will include:
A hands on role with the service delivery of breakfast/lunch/dinner shifts.
The setting up and clearing restaurant and bar.
Provision of exceptional customer service.
Duty management as required.
Teamwork is essential, as the Client aims to create a friendly, relaxed and enjoyable work environment.
