This Assistant Food & Beverage Manager role involves leading a brilliant team to cater for all areas of the hotel including the award winning 75 cover Restaurant, conferences and events and the Clubhouse Bar.

 

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills


• Previous background within a luxury hotel


• Experience within banqueting or weddings
