We are working alongside a multi-rosette gastro pub and restaurant in the Wiltshire area, to find an outstanding hospitality professional looking to establish themselves as an Assistant Manager within a growing and ambitious site. Together with the General Manager and a talented Chef team the Assistant Manager will assist in overseeing and ensuring the smooth operation of a vibrant food service of a multi-outlet venue.
The perfect individual for the Assistant Manager role will have previous experience in a supervisory and leadership position. Good knowledge of cellar management, craft ales, wines and spirits with a clear passion for exceptional food and customer service.
