ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE ENTERTAINING VENUE

CANDIDATE:

• An experienced Manager who leads & motivates a team. 

• Someone with a knowledge and passion for good food, and drinks.

• Operational experience in running a fast-paced guest-led environment – ideally 2 years experience.

• An enthusiasm to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Proven experience in delivering financial measures.

• An appetite to be part of something new and a determination to help us expand our brand.

• Savvy with social media and MS Office Applications.

• Food Safety Level 2 trained.

• Personal license holder.
