Assistant Café Manager – Great Perks – Vibrant Team

We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for this bustling café in the Bradley Stoke area.

Day to day duties…

• Assist the Store Manager with the day to day management of the café and catering services.


• Take responsibility for the daily management in the absence of the Franchise Store Manager.


• To undertake general Food & Beverage duties as required by the business.


• To ensure that all legislation and procedures are followed by all Food & Beverage staff while on shift.


• To place orders and accept deliveries as required from nominated suppliers


• To ensure all paperwork is up to date as requested by the Store Manager.


• Compilation of staff rotas as required in conjunction with Store Manager.


• To observe and adhere to all COSHH, HACCP, Food Safety and Health & Safety Legislation at all times.

About you…

• Barista trained or significant experience in a similar environment.


• Awareness of current Health and Safety legislation.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Experience of working in a customer focused environment.


• Knowledge of business IT applications (e.g. Word/Excel).


• Excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for attention to detail.
