Our client operates one of the finest Country House Hotels in the UK. A luxury hotel set in the beautiful Sussex countryside; this hotel is steeped in history and has been renovated to its former glory yet still offers lavish facilities. The hotel also boasts a beautiful two rosette restaurant, which uses the very best local, seasonal produce.

The role

As waiting staff you will be an integral part of a skilled team providing top quality service. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in fine dining restaurants. Working splits and straight shifts key parts of this role will be delivering rosette level service to all guests. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your self within an ever-growing company. Due to the rural location your own transport is desirable.
