Salary package: Up to £36,000 per year plus tips
Employment type: Permanent 40-48 hours per week
An exciting opportunity for a Sous Chef at a multi award winning, independently owned vegetarian and vegan restaurant. As Sous Chef you would be involved in food preparation process, planning, cooking to plating alongside assisting the head chef and being responsible for the kitchen team. Preparing recipes according to the highest standards and the successful candidate should be able to work well under pressure.
