Senior sous chef vacancy at award winning boutique hotel Bury St Edmunds.  Part of a luxury collection of hotels tailored to delivering the ideal getaway for families. The restaurant offer includes dishes curated from ingredients sourced from Bury St Edmunds. Guests can enjoy arranged fun excursions in the day, followed by a relaxing evening in the spa to wind down.

 

As Senior sous chef you will assist the head chef to ensure daily tasks are completed, as well as being hands on to train and develop the rest of the brigade. You will also be involved in creating and costing exquisite seasonal menus using local components

 

The right candidate will use their passion for fantastic cuisine to lead and nurture others. You will also thrive as part of a team within a busy environment, have knowledge of stock control, food safety and eager to share ideas. This senior sous chef role is perfect for any striving chef ready to expand their skill set within a fine dining establishment
