Job Description

This fantastic 5 Star Hotel in East Sussex is looking to recruit a Sous Chef to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen operation. As an important member of the team deputising in the absence of the Executive Chef your role will include, overseeing food service maintaining the highest level of production as demanded by the hotel, assist in calculating food costs, menu planning and pricing, monitor staff and assist in training.The right candidate for this position must have previous experience in a 5 star establishment at the same level.
