We are looking to recruit an experienced Restaurant Manager for refurbished operation near Ipswich. A massive bonus is that you will work regular retail style hours with no evenings and regular weekends off.

What We Are Looking For

Successful individuals will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience gained as a restaurant / cafe / catering manager in busy high volume commercial operations.
• The ability to control costs, budgets, and the labour %.
• Excellent people, man-management, organisation, and communication skills.
• A passion for food and its presentation, service, and quality.
• A hands-on approach and ability to train, motivate, and develop teams to succeed.
• A desire to have a life that balances work life and home life.
