As a Relief Chef, the work offered is as flexible as you need it to be and involves assisting a variety of establishments in Eastbourne and surrounding areas. This could be at various places or as an ongoing assignment from contract catering to restaurants and hotels.

Chef requirements:

• Previous proven 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie.


• Own transport preferred due to some remote locations around the area.
