Sous Chef required for a premium events and hospitality kitchen delivering high-quality food across weddings, corporate events and private dining. This Sous Chef role is ideal for a passionate chef looking to join a professional brigade producing fresh, seasonal dishes in a fast-paced environment.

The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading the team during service and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced kitchen environment
