Head chef job role:

We are hiring an experienced, professional hands-on Head Chef with a strong approach to kitchen management, who can demonstrate leadership, self-motivation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.  An experienced Head chef with a genuine passion for producing high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal, locally sourced ingredients.

Head chef requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef within a quality a la carte dining venue


• Head chef with strong leadership skills


• Ability to take full control of the food operation and maintain high standards


• A Head Chef with passion for fresh food and seasonal menus


• Excellent communication skills
