Overview…
We are seeking a Live-In Head Chef for a conveniently located Branded Pub West of Essex. This branded pub serves great quality classic pub food.
As the Head Chef for this Traditional Pub near Harlow, you will be responsible for preparing everything which is needed prior to service, have an thorough understanding of the menu and cooking the dishes. You will also be required to maintain a high cleaning standard and safety procedures.
The ideal candidate will pride themselves on food quality, have mastered the art of working with branded menu and be able to train, develop and grow your team to reach and exceed targets.
Sous Chefs are encouraged to apply as a stride up to a Head Chef.
