Overview…
We are seeking a Head Chef for a centrally located Classic Pub near Southend-on-Sea. This branded pub serves great quality, classic pub food in a convenient central location.
As the Head Chef for this Traditional Pub on the outskirts of Southend-on-Sea, you will train, motivate and inspire your team, be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance as well as oversee ordering, preparation and operational standards.
The ideal candidate will pride themselves on food quality, have mastered the art of working with branded menu and be able to train, develop and grow your team to reach and exceed targets.
Sous Chefs are encouraged to apply as a stride up to a Head Chef.
