About this role…
We seek a Head Chef to run the kitchen in a branded stylish pub, restaurant and hotel in Oxfordshire. As the Head Chef, you will lead the kitchen team to create fresh and fabulous dishes as well as pub classics and Sunday roasts, ensuring customers have a memorable dining experience. The kitchen is well-equipped with seasonal, local, and regional ingredients, and the company recognizes the value of serving excellent food in Oxfordshire.
As the Head Chef, you will lead your team with expertise during service while taking complete control of the kitchen within the Oxfordshire restaurant. All Chefs are encouraged to incorporate new cooking techniques while maintaining traditional pub classics that the customers love.
