We are on the search for an accomplished and well seasoned Head Chef to take charge of our brigade and lead our crew in creating the very best of British cuisine. This role is the perfect opportunity for a Head Chef to take control and use their creativity to increase the already high reputation of the brand.

The right Head Chef is someone who will take accountability for the department and deliver a strong hands on approach. The Head Chef will be responsible for all ordering, stock, staff schedules, training, showcasing their own specials and demonstrating skills such as:

• Their keen eye for detail


• Organised and hands-on nature to ensure optimal service to customers and employees


• Great team player and motivator with the passion to take autonomy for the kitchen
