The Package


  • Basic salary of up to £32,000

  • Sociable hours (Daytime – Monday to Friday)

We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading Contract Catering Company, who offer the provision of food and support services to Business and Industry. One of the most respected, cutting edge companies within the food service sector. This is a specialist division providing high quality food and service standards

The Role


  • Build a strong relationship with both suppliers and the client

  • Ensure high quality food at all times and driving forward the current offering by improving and developing menus

  • Always striving for the highest possible customer service and closely monitoring current food trends in order to keep menus innovative and exciting

  • Ensuring that legal and company requirements are adhered to in respect of: Health and safety, employment law, food safety and hygiene

  • Develop the team to ensure all food is delivered to the very highest standards of freshness, balance, content and flavour

  • Ensuring the team work to menu costings and pre determined recipes

  • Keeping close control of the budget, recording all wastage and tracking food sales

  • Manage and control labour costs

  • Ensure the growth of the business by focusing on maximising uptake, spend per head and achieving the gross profit target
