The Company

We are recruiting on behalf of a market leading Contract Catering Company, who offer the provision of food and support services to Business and Industry. Offering Catering solutions to nearly 1,500 organisations, including staff restaurants, cafes, delis, shops and a wide range of facilities management services.

The Role

The head chef will need to implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate effective budget control and to monitor all costs involved in the kitchen again agreed budgets

Take responsibility for food production with a hands on approach

Drive sales through effective menu planning

Responsible for all aspects of food safety, health and safety and COSHH

Plan, organise and direct food production to maintain the highest level off food standards at all times
