The Company

Our client operates a fantastic Bistro style restaurant in the seaside town of Brighton. From the moment you walk in, you will appreciate the care and attention from the décor, music to the customer focus that welcomes you. Our client continues to build a large following of happy customers who enjoy the feel and atmosphere provided by our client along with classic British cuisine.

The role

We are looking to recruit a General Manager to lead this fast growing family to further success. The ideal General Manager will have the drive to succeed along with the ability to control a fast paced environment. The perfect General Manager will be presentable along with ensuring customer focus is never overlooked. The successful candidate will also have the ability to nurture, train and progress junior members of the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join and lead this ambitious restaurant team. This role will involve taking full control of a fast moving restaurant including all cost controls.
