F&B Supervisor - Brighton Area

Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who has an opening for a food and beverage Supervisor within their stunning countryside hotel. This privately owned establishment offers its guests fine dining cuisine in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Set within the South Downs National Park, Wickwoods is located just south of the village of Albourne in West Sussex, 10 minutes outside Brighton just of the A23.

 

 

Before continuing, please note that owing to its location, all applicants would need to have a full, clean driving licence and own transport.

 

Salary: £18,500 (depending on experience)

Days: 5 out of 7

Holidays: 28 (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Further benefits: Up to £1,000 bonus + an equal share of the tips.

A suitable candidate would:

 

Assist the Manager in  Co-ordinating all activities within the food and beverage and banqueting operations

Visibly and Physically lead by example, ensuring the smooth operation of all aspects of the food and beverage and banqueting operations

A positive, friendly and professional manor at all times

Assist in the training and development of the team, working closely with the F&B manager

Carry out all administrative duties in a timely and effective fashion

Ensure that all shifts are focused on providing the highest levels of service at all times
